The tiara is obviously a Big Gun with a capital Big, but it's also very ornate and lovely. But your post prompted me to google the Grand Duchess rather than the tiara. What a fascinating lady. Amazing story.
Charlotte was the only one who could pull this baby off, except for possibly J-C in her younger days. By the mid-70s it made her look like she could topple over at any moment. M-T doesn't have the height to do it justice.
